PHILOSOPHY ON FITNESS & LIFE:

Brittanie’s passion for fitness and wellness started out at a young age; growing up as an athlete and competing in high school and college, she loved to see just what the human body was capable of and had a natural knack for pushing herself and others to r push their potential. 

 

After starting personal training as a second job in college, she quickly discovered that wellness was more than physical strength and that potential could be unlocked in anyone, with a strong foundation and support system. Understanding that everyone’s fitness journey is different, Brittanie works with her clients to create a program designed specifically for them, their needs, and their lifestyle, and she firmly believes that starting with the basics and building a strong foundation will set you up for success. 

 

Through years of teaching and personal training, Brittanie fell in love with cultivating an exceptional wellness experience for her clients and building long-lasting relationships. She has since used that experience and knowledge to build teams of like-minded individuals and manages much the same way she would with a client: by building strong, reliable relationships.

PHILOSOPHY ON FITNESS & LIFE:

Guerda believes transformation happens through the body. She believes that the body has innate wisdom and capacity to heal itself. Thus, with a deeper level of self-awareness and connection with the body, optimal health and well-being can be achieved and sustained.
Guerda is passionate about supporting and empowering others to achieve their goals through mindfulness practices and creating experiences that help others tap into their personal power and strength.

Corey’s fitness philosophy is centered on the strength of self. He believes his role is not to dictate, but rather to guide and support his clients while offering the appropriate tools, knowledge, and encouragement along the journey to self-improvement. Corey aims to help his clients discover and foster a deep understanding of their strengths, limitations, and goals, so that he may help them achieve lasting transformation.
